| Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of your dental care. Most plans include co-insurance provisions, a deductible and other expenses, which must be paid by the patient at the time of services. Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality care.
We can file most insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance plan information with you on your first visit. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
Payment
For the portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer several payment options:
- Cash courtesy of 10 percent for treatment paid in full the day services are rendered and are paid with cash or check.
- Credit card courtesy of 5 percent for treatment paid in full the day services are rendered and are paid in full with a debit or credit card.
- Payment using post-dated checks (maximum of five months).
- Payment using electronic fund transfers direct from checking or savings account.
- Capital One Healthcare Finance offer low-interest, longer-term financing options (see capitalonehealthcarefinance.com).
