What to Expect
Consultation
On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed as a member of our family. You will fill out our required forms which will help us with information about yourself and your condition. We will then talk with you and ask specific questions regarding what conditions you are experiencing and what dental care may be of benefit to you.
Examination
After a thorough consultation with the doctor, you will have a complete dental examination.
X-ray
An X-ray is usually required to get a full evaluation of a patient, including the condition of the teeth and gums.
Report of Findings
Once all the information and examinations have been performed, the findings will be explained to you and recommendations for treatment will be given.
Treatment
Treatment will include what type of cleaning you will need for your teeth and gums, and if appropriate, treatments for cavities or other conditions.
Our office files insurance claims with our participating providers. For insurance questions, call our office at 605.532.3636 and speak with Anna, our financial coordinator.
Payment is due at time of service. For patients who have little or no dental insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged to help you make your dental treatment more affordable.
